Reynaldo A. Martinez
Founder and Trial Lawyer, RAM Law & Title, PLLC
A decade of complex class action strategy, brought into every courtroom and every case, whatever its size.

I spent a decade learning how to win cases with hundreds of claimants and years of record behind them. I built this firm so that same level of preparation shows up for one client, in one case, when it is the most important thing happening in their life.
Reynaldo A. Martinez is a trial lawyer known for carrying complex class action strategy into every courtroom he enters. For a decade he practiced at the most demanding end of American litigation, work only a small number of attorneys are ever trusted to do.
As head of the trial team at MSP Recovery Law Firm, he sat first and second chair in hearings and depositions across the country, identified, retained, and presented his own expert witnesses, and cross-examined the opposition's. He served as class counsel and helped secure certification in three first-of-their-kind class actions in state and federal court. He litigated alongside John Ruiz, Esq., who was appointed to the plaintiffs' steering committee for economic loss claimants in the Surfside collapse.
Rey has argued before the nation's highest military appellate court. Selected for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces Project Outreach program, he authored the brief and delivered oral argument in a matter reported at United States v. Jones, No. 14-0071/AR, and was recognized with a Military Challenge Coin for it.
He founded RAM Law & Title to bring that firepower to a different kind of client. The strategy and discipline complex litigation demands do not scale down, and he applies them in full to every matter he takes, because a case that is modest in dollars is often the most important thing in a client's life. Criminal defense, personal injury, a business dispute that will decide a company's future: the standard is identical. His civil work includes representing individuals against powerful defendants in cases that drew national and international press, among them victims of hate crimes.
Rey leads RAM Law & Title, and his clients have direct access to him. As the firm continues to grow and more hands join the work, the lawyer you hired stays involved every step of the way: accountable for your case, engaged with its strategy, and reachable when it counts. Attention to detail, clear communication, and transparency are not amenities here. They are the standard the firm was built to hold.
He does not reserve that caliber of representation for those who can most afford it. Rey has served on the board of OneFargo, a nonprofit advancing equity and inclusion for under-represented communities, and continues to take pro bono matters for clients who would otherwise stand alone.
Miami-born, first-generation American, and the first in his family to earn a university degree, Rey was elected by his classmates to deliver their law school commencement address. He built RAM Law & Title on one conviction: that the most serious advocacy should answer to every client, whatever the size of the case or the name on the other side.
